Rental Rates

Length of stay info: April, May, and September we have a 5 night minimum. June-July-August we have a 7 night minimum checking in and out on Saturday. We also offer 2 month rentals for Jan-Feb 

Pricing does not include:

Sales and local taxes which are 12%, we collect tax and remit to the state, county and city.

Cleaning and a full linen package $180

Damage Deposit or Damage Policy with coverage of $1500 which costs $60 we can give you information on where to buy the damage policy- it's easy!

Changeover day is Saturday in the summer. 

Check in is at 3:00 and check out is at 10:00

Payment terms- 50% down at time of booking, 50% due 30 days prior to your stay. We have several ways for you to pay. 

Cancellations: We do not waive our cancellation policy for any reason, please buy travel/vacation insurance if you are concerned about cancellations.  

Cancellation policy- If you wish to cancel more than 60 days before your stay, 100% refund of your deposit. If you wish to cancel between 60-30 days of your stay 50% refund of your deposit, if you wish to cancel inside 30 days of your stay no refund. Please understand that we book far in advance (especially in the summer) and when you book you are blocking our calendar for other guests. We will do our best to book the house if you need to cancel and we will refund you 100% if we can get the house booked during the week you needed to cancel.
